COLD WEATHER: Lacrosse is a cold weather sport commonly played in inclement conditions. We will attempt to hold practices whenever conditions are reasonable and permitted by our field providers. Parents are expected to insure that players are adequately dressed for cold conditions. Long-sleeve compression shirts, sweatshirts, and sweatpants are all recommended in cold weather. Latex gloves will help keep hands warm under lacrosse gloves. A warm player is a happy, effective player!
EQUIPMENT: All players must have their own equipment.
- Boys must have a boys lacrosse stick, helmet, gloves, shoulder and elbow pads, a cup, and a mouthguard.
- Hockey gear is acceptable for new players. Hockey helmets must have a 4 point strap and be NOCSAE approved.
We look forward to seeing you at the lacrosse field soon!
