BVL Thursday Summer Skills Sessions
Boulder Lacrosse presents our new BVL Thursday Summer Skills program! This is a great way for boys players rising into grades 7, 8, and 9 to continue developing lacrosse skills and athleticism during the summer months.
Summer Skills will be led by Dylan Sulzbach, who played lacrosse at Penn State. He will be assisted by other returning Boulder Lacrosse coaches. Dylan will lead players through drills, training, and small-sided scrimmages designed to improve fundamental skills, lacrosse IQ, and athleticism every Thursday evening.
Dates: Thursdays June 16, 23, 30; July 7, 14, 21, 28
Times: 530pm to 700pm
Location: Manhattan Middle School turf field, 290 Manhattan Drive, Boulder
Open to: Boys rising into grades 7, 8, 9
Experience level: We recommend that players have participated in at least one lacrosse camp, clinic, or season previously
Cost: $155. $115 for remaining 5 sessions.
Equipment: All players must have full equipment (helmet, boys lacrosse stick, shoulder and elbow pads, lacrosse gloves, cup, mouthguard, cleats) to participate.
Equipment loan: We will have an equipment loan session on Tuesday June 14th at 500pm, at our equipment shed at the Manhattan Middle School lacrosse fields. We have helmets, shoulder and elbow pads, and gloves available for loan on a first-come, first-served basis. Players are expected to provide their own lacrosse sticks, cup, and mouthguard, along with any equipment that we are not available to loan.
Jersey: Players must wear a reversible game jersey or practice pinnie to each session- these will not be provided.
US LACROSSE: All registrants must have a valid US Lacrosse membership valid through July 29, 2022. This registration will redirect you to the US Lacrosse site first to obtain membership if necessary. If you have issues with US Lacrosse membership, please email andrew@boulderlacrosse.org-- it will not prevent your son from playing with us this fall. Cost is $30. This is a condition of our insurance provider and a requirement of participation in BVL.
REFUNDS: Refund requests must be received by June 15th- no refunds will be provided after a program has started. Any refund awarded will have a minimum 10% processing charge deducted. No pro-rating will be provided for this program whatsoever.
